Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year Job Description: Industrial Door Engineer – Kent, London & Surrounding Areas We are a well-established, family-run business with over 25 years of experience delivering high-quality security solutions, including gates and barriers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our team with the addition of an Industrial Door Engineer to cover Kent, London, and surrounding counties. About the Role As an engineer, you will play a key role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of security systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: • Servicing, and repairing roller shutters, gates and barriers across the region. • Participating in out-of-hours work, including emergency breakdowns and callouts. • Conducting site surveys and taking accurate measurements for upcoming projects. • Acting as the main point of contact for clients while on-site, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service. • Working standard contracted hours, with regular opportunities for overtime. About You To be successful in this role, we are ideally looking for someone with: • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial doors, gates and barriers • DHF Gate Safety Awareness certification (preferred, but not essential). • A full UK driving license. • Based in the Southeast region, ideally within easy reach of Kent and London. About the Role As an Auto Door Engineer, you will play a key role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing auto doors, ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: • Installation, repairing and servicing auto doors across the region. • Participating in out-of-hours work, including emergency breakdowns and callouts. • Conducting site surveys and taking accurate measurements for upcoming projects. • Acting as the main point of contact for clients while on-site, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service. • Working standard contracted hours, with regular opportunities for overtime.
